Any changes must be agreed before commencing with your artwork.

Exclusive rights are available for purchase on a 6 month / yearly contract basis. All licenses for images are subject to land sea and sky license agreement. land sea and sky will still hold the rights for print sales from this website.

Commissions
All commissions are negotiated on an individual basis and all prices are based around location and subject matter. Please note that when the subject matter is a landscape that other factors may influence the final image; such as the weather and time of year. Due to these un-controllable elements there will be no negotiation upon the final image if nature has taken if's course i.e flowers were not in bloom or image has too many clouds in the photograph. We have a creative resident photographer who is highly skilled in interpreting and capturing a landscape and will endevour to produce an image befitting the quality seen on this website.

Upon taking out a contract we will aim to calculate a time window of around 1 month where we will choose a 'perfect day' based around weather reports, tourist seasons etc... All will be cleared with the client before commencing with the contract. Please also note that the photographer does not accept any third parties on the photoshoot.
