Land Sea and Sky was born out of the love of nature and the outdoors, and our main goal is to capture life’s beautiful scenes and bring them into your home for your enjoyment and pleasure.
We offer landscape photography across the North of England and further afield with holiday travels across Europe.
Our Ethos
We believe solely in the moment, a fraction of a second, captured, frozen for a lifetime for your enjoyment and amazement. Our photographs are moments of landscape history never to be witnessed again by the human eye. Every photograph is a beautiful combination between light, land and the creative mind of our resident photographer, Ian Shepherd. His role is to capture the essence of the perfect scene and turn the simplicity of nature into an awe inspiring artform.
Our Style
We pride ourselves on having a distinctive & widely unique photographic style, which offers you a different and more original perspective on some of the countries most well known and unknown landscape & seascapes. To celebrate this originality and offer our customers a unique service every print is stamped for authenticity and is also signed by our photographer.
National Press
Land sea and sky have had several success stories from national press. The first of these stories was back in 2002 with a full page review of ‘Moody Rocks’ within Digital Camera Magazine.

Last year, Land Sea and Sky were contacted by Digital Photographer to produce a full page feature as the ‘North East Expert’. The article was a review of the North East and a series of Questions and Answers about myself (Ian Shepherd), my technique and finally Land Sea and Sky.
